Rules for lawful, responsible use of InstaPaster and its public-media download tools.
Effective date: October 23, 2026. By using InstaPaster, you agree to these terms.
Permitted use
Use the service only for media you own, have permission to download, or may otherwise lawfully save. You are responsible for complying with copyright, privacy, publicity, and platform rules.
Prohibited use
- Do not attempt to access private accounts or bypass technical restrictions.
- Do not use the service for harassment, unlawful surveillance, infringement, automated abuse, or excessive requests.
- Do not submit passwords, session cookies, login codes, or malicious URLs.
Service availability
Instagram can change its pages, delivery systems, or access controls without notice. Results are not guaranteed, and the service may be modified, rate-limited, suspended, or unavailable.
Third-party rights
InstaPaster does not own media returned from third-party sources and is not affiliated with Instagram or Meta. Downloading a file does not grant permission to publish, sell, or redistribute it.
Disclaimer
The service is provided on an “as available” basis without a guarantee that every public link will resolve or that every file will remain available.
