How creators and rightsholders can report copyright concerns involving InstaPaster.
InstaPaster respects creators and rightsholders. The service is intended for content people own, have permission to save, or may otherwise lawfully use.
Before submitting a request
InstaPaster does not host an independent public library of Instagram posts. Media may be transferred from Instagram-controlled delivery networks in response to a user-supplied public URL. The original Instagram post may need to be reported to Instagram as well.
What to include
- Your full name and a reliable reply email.
- A description of the copyrighted work or other protected material.
- The exact InstaPaster URL and the relevant Instagram post URL.
- An explanation of your authority to act for the rightsholder.
- A good-faith statement that the disputed use is not authorized.
Send a notice
Email complete requests to info@instapaster.pro with the subject “Copyright request”. We may ask for clarification before acting and may preserve necessary records when required by law.
Misrepresentation
Do not submit fraudulent or abusive notices. If a dispute is complex, seek advice from a qualified legal professional in your jurisdiction.
